1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Menoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Menoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Menoo is a web-based restaurant menu management platform that allows restaurant owners to create, organize, and publish their menus online. The Service includes an admin dashboard for menu management and a public-facing page for each restaurant.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Menoo, including restaurant information, menu items, images, and descriptions ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Menoo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service; (f) impersonate another person or entity.
6. Restaurant Information Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your restaurant's information, including menu items, prices, descriptions, availability status, and contact details. Menoo does not verify restaurant information and is not liable for any inaccuracies in User Content displayed on public pages.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Menoo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. The Menoo name and logo are trademarks of the company.
8. Free and Paid Plans
Menoo offers a free plan with limited features. Paid plans with additional features may be introduced in the future. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes. Free plan features may be modified with reasonable notice. If a paid plan is discontinued, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused period.
9. Service Availability
Menoo strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Menoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your User Content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Menoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
