We collect the following types of information: (a) Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account; (b) Restaurant information: restaurant name, address, phone number, social media links, and branding preferences; (c) Menu content: menu items, descriptions, prices, images, categories, and tags you upload; (d) Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps; (e) Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

We may share your information in the following cases: (a) Public restaurant pages display your restaurant name, address, menu, and contact information as intended by the Service; (b) Service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements; (c) When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Menoo and its users.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, row-level security policies, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Image Storage
Images you upload (restaurant logos, cover images, menu item photos) are stored in secure cloud storage. Images on public restaurant pages are accessible via public URLs. When you delete an image, it is removed from our storage systems.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies for: (a) authentication session management; (b) language preference storage; (c) theme preference (light/dark mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate information in your account; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) export your restaurant and menu data; (e) withdraw consent for data processing. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and restaurant content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
